Consult & Meal Plan (Pay in Full)

Service Description

One and a half hour consult with meal plan. Perfect for couples or parents and children. Meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with three snacks between meals and before bed. A follow-up email will be provided with diet, exercise, sleep, stress reduction and other suggestions/recommendations with appropriate website links. Educational material and follow-up email will be finished and provided prior to end of scheduled consultation.

Cancellation Policy

A $25.00 deposit is required to book a telehealth or in-person consultation. The deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before the consult start time.
