Service Description

30 minute via Zoom or your preferred video conferencing software. During the consult we will review your documents, past history and future goals. There will be a detailed follow-up email full of diet, exercise, sleep, stress-reduction , and supplement suggestions along with website links to resources discussed. You will come out of the meeting with an abundance of new information on nutritional science that will help you become the authority of your health and wellbeing. Pay full $60 now and receive follow-up email and additional educational documents prior to end of scheduled consult. A $30 deposit is required to hold appointment time. Please pay deposit 7 days prior to requested consult time. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours prior to consult time.
